Leonardo DiCaprio Sold his Malibu Home for $10.3 Million

U.S. actor Leonardo DiCaprio has sold a mansion in the prestigious Californian area of Carbon Beach, Malibu for $10.3 million, according to luxury real estate search portal Mansion Global. The mansion was put on the market in September 2021, so the deal came out very quickly.

The house was built in 1950 and is located on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. The 1700-square-foot mansion has multiple terraces, three bedrooms with sliding glass windows, and floor-to-ceiling doors. It has sea views and a staircase that connects the house to the beach.

DiCaprio has owned this house since 1998, noted in the note. Then the actor bought it for $ 1.6 million. In 2016, DiCaprio has already put the mansion on sale, but then failed to find a buyer, the object was rented at a rate of $25 thousand a month.
